Frequently asked questions

What is Level 2 support coordination?
Level 2 support coordination (also called support coordination) assists participants to implement their plan, connect with providers, and build capacity. It is funded under Capacity Building — Support Coordination in your NDIS plan.
How is support coordination different from plan management?
Support coordination focuses on connecting and coordinating your supports and building capacity. Plan management handles the financial administration of your plan — paying invoices and tracking budgets. Many participants use both services.
Can Able Aide provide support coordination if you also plan manage for me?
Yes. Able Aide can deliver both services, providing coordinated support with clear communication between teams. We maintain appropriate separation of duties and always act in your best interests.
How often will I meet with my support coordinator?
Contact frequency depends on your needs and plan funding. We agree a schedule at onboarding and adjust as your situation changes.
