About this service

NDIS plan management helps you get the most from your plan without the administrative burden of paying invoices and tracking budgets yourself. As a registered plan manager, Able Aide Pty Ltd pays your approved providers on your behalf, monitors your spending across support categories, and keeps you informed with clear, regular reports.

Plan management gives you choice and control over your supports while we handle the financial administration — so you can focus on your goals, not paperwork.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between plan-managed and self-managed NDIS funding?
Self-managed participants pay providers directly and claim reimbursement from the NDIS. Plan-managed participants choose their providers but a registered plan manager like Able Aide pays invoices on their behalf. Both options offer choice and control; plan management reduces the admin workload.
Can I use any provider with plan management?
Yes. With plan-managed funding you can generally use any provider that meets NDIS requirements, including non-registered providers in most cases. We verify invoices against your plan and NDIS rules before payment.
How do providers submit invoices to Able Aide?
Providers email invoices to planmanagement@ableaide.com.au with your NDIS number and required details. We confirm our invoice requirements during onboarding.
Is there a cost to the participant for plan management?
Plan management is funded from your NDIS plan under the Improved Life Choices support category, subject to reasonable and necessary funding in your plan.
