About this service

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is NDIS funding for the physical dwelling when a participant has extreme functional impairment or very high support needs requiring specialist housing design features. SDA funding is separate from the supports provided within the home (such as SIL).

Able Aide assists eligible participants and their support teams to understand SDA pathways, coordinate with housing providers, and align accommodation with SIL and other supports.
