Our Story

Able Aide was founded to bring consistency, clarity and dignity back to disability support.

Our founder, Syeda Zahra, saw how the smallest things — arriving on time, respecting culture, communicating clearly — change how safe a person feels.

With more than a decade supporting adults, children and families, Syeda created Able Aide to deliver professional support that is calm, reliable and person-centred — backed by strong systems and clear communication.
